VERYPOWER EMS: A Self-developed EMS Helps You Achieve High Efficiency And Energy Saving

The energy management system is an important part of the control system. It provides data management, monitoring, control and optimization for the dispatch control center to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system. The energy management system provides power and voltage set points for each distributed energy controller within the system, ensures that the heat load and electrical load requirements in the system are met, ensures that the system meets the operating agreement with the main network system, and that energy consumption is consistent with that of the main network system as much as possible. System losses are minimal.

The system can collect real-time and scheduled data on all monitored operating parameters and status. All electrical quantities adopt AC sampling and ensure high precision and speed. Important historical data are processed and stored in the database.

Collect the total voltage, current, average temperature, SOC, SOH, charge and discharge current and power limit, single battery voltage, single battery temperature, equilibrium status of each battery, fault and alarm information, Common information such as historical charge and discharge energy, historical charge and discharge energy, etc.

Collect relevant parameters of the PCS system, including: DC side voltage/current/power, etc., three-phase active power, reactive power, three-phase voltage, three-phase current, power factor, frequency, IGBT temperature, RC filter of each PCS Common information such as temperature, operating status, alarm and fault information, as well as daily input power, daily output power, cumulative input power, cumulative output power, etc.
Collect various status quantities of the energy storage system, including main circuit status (switch, accident trip signal, protection action signal, abnormal signal), fire alarm, temperature development and other information and display them.

VERYPOWER EMS is developed by ourselves and has the following specific features and advantages.
1.Customizability: Ability to tailor systems to specific environmental requirements. This ensures that the EMS can be better adapted to specific industries, uses and equipment.
2.Flexibility: Ability to flexibly adjust and upgrade systems to adapt to changing technology and market conditions.
3.Intellectual Property Control: Have complete intellectual property control over the system. This increases control over the security, stability, and maintainability of the system and reduces dependence on external vendors.
4.Integration: Better integration with other enterprise systems and devices. This integration enables to more comprehensively monitor and manage energy usage, enabling higher levels of automation and collaboration.
5.Quick response: Having its own R&D team can respond more quickly to new market trends and technological advancements.
